The AP Reflections guide gathers reflective pieces by APs regarding their role and its impact on their own professional devlopment, colleagues and their organisation.
The guide features 50 reflective accounts from APs who have been part of Constellation B, C or C+ of the Community of Practice strand of the Education and Training Foundation’s #APConnect Programme, and offers a range of valuable insights into how to effectively embody the role of AP and the influence and change it can bring.
